For Meta advertisers · India

Meta changed how it picks your ads. Your creative is now your targeting.

Many advertisers saw results swing after Meta's new Andromeda update and still don't know what changed. This kit turns your product into 3–5 real customer avatars, then into 12–20 ads that are actually different from each other.

In plain words

What is Meta's new Andromeda update?

Andromeda is the stage where Meta shortlists which ads could be shown to a person, before the final ranking picks one. The newer version looks at far more ads, far faster.

What that means for you: Meta now relies much more on what your ad says and shows to work out who it's for. Interest targeting matters less. Your creative is doing the targeting.

Meta's own guidance is to build genuinely different ads for different kinds of customers, not small edits of one ad.

The quiet problem

Why your 10 "variations" may count as one ad

01

Near-copies look the same

Same person, same message, new colour or headline. To the system, these are almost identical.

02

They compete with each other

Similar ads end up fighting for the same people, and typically only one of them gets into each auction.

03

Real difference fixes it

Change at least two of: who it's for, what they want, the angle, the format, the visual, the proof.

Tweaks

"Fresh cakes!" · "Fresh cakes 🎂" · "Order fresh cakes today"

Distinct ads

A mom's 10-minute tiffin fix · A gift that arrives on time · A protein bake after the gym

What you get

7 files that go from "who buys this?" to ready ad briefs

  1. Avatar skillPaste it into your AI assistant. It asks you about 10 questions about your product, then writes 3–5 customer avatars.

  3. Concept matrixA sheet that crosses your avatars with 6 axes (desire, angle, format, visual, proof, hook) to give 12–20 genuinely distinct ad briefs.
  4. Creative brief promptPaste into any AI chat or creative tool to get hooks, a 15–30 second script, a static ad idea and a caption for each avatar.
  5. Audience notesHow to set up broad targeting and why the creative now does the work of picking people.
  6. Worked exampleOne filled case from start to finish: avatars, ranking and 12 briefs.

How it works

Three steps, about an hour the first time

1

Answer the questions

Paste the avatar skill into your AI assistant and answer about 10 questions about your product and buyers.

2

Get your avatars

You get 3–5 avatar sheets, ranked by who is most likely to buy first.

3

Turn them into ads

Run the concept matrix and the brief prompt. Hand the briefs to your editor, designer or creative tool.

Worked example · illustrative

One home bakery, four customers, four very different ads

Busy office mom

"I need something my kids will eat that I didn't have to bake at midnight."

Ad: 20-sec reel, morning rush, tiffin box. Proof: same-day delivery.

Gift buyer

"I forgot the birthday. It has to look good and arrive on time."

Ad: Static of the box being opened. Angle: on-time, ready to gift.

Fitness eater

"I want a treat that won't undo my week."

Ad: Carousel of ingredients. Angle: what's inside, plainly shown.

Party planner

"Twenty people, one budget, no stress."

Ad: Talking head with a price-per-person breakdown.

The same cake, sold for four different reasons. That's what Meta can tell apart. This example is a sample to show the method, not a real client result.

It's for you if

  • You run Meta ads for your own brand or for clients
  • Your results moved and you're not sure why
  • You keep making small tweaks of one ad
  • You sell a product with more than one type of buyer

It's not for you if

  • You want a guaranteed ROAS (nobody can honestly promise that)
  • You won't make new creatives from the briefs

FAQ

Questions

Is this an official Meta product?

No. It's an independent kit based on Meta's public guidance about creative diversity and its Andromeda ad system.

Will this guarantee better results?

No. Nobody can honestly promise ad results. The kit helps you build ads that are genuinely different from each other, which is what Meta's guidance asks for.

What do I need to use it?

Any AI chat assistant to paste the skill into, and a way to make creatives (your phone, a designer, an editor or a creative tool).

How do I get the files?

Right after payment they're emailed to the address you enter, from assistant@laceai.in.

I run ads for clients. Can I reuse it?

Yes, use it for as many of your own or your clients' products as you like. Please don't resell the files.

Do I still need interest targeting?

The audience notes explain a broad setup and why the creative does more of the targeting now. You can still test whatever you like.

7-day refund

If the kit isn't useful, email assistant@laceai.in within 7 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. No questions.
